A lot of absolutely identic coins on sell. Look at the place on obverse, I marked in red. I think they're genuine.
The defect you marked on the portrait is intriguing, but I suspect that it is damage to the die (rolling mill socket). Similar issue we have here: http://forum.tpzn.pl/index.php/topic,17673.0.html, also on a milled coins.
The plain surface under the portrait is also effect of die crack, similar like on another 1600 Riga's trojak's, please see attached photos.
Presented coins are not identical - they have various planchet location - so they are not casts clones from one genuine stuck.

Riga mint was notorious for this type of die damage of the milling machine rollers. There is a series of Bathory troyaks from 1585 that show similar phenomenon.
