I think they're genuine.
The defect you marked on the portrait is intriguing, but I suspect that it is damage to the die (rolling mill socket). Similar issue we have here:

The plain surface under the portrait is also effect of die crack, similar like on another 1600 Riga's trojak's, please see attached photos.
Presented coins are not identical - they have various planchet location - so they are not casts clones from one genuine stuck.
